One of the newest members of team Milk has just won an Royal Television Society Student Award AND a ffresh Student Media Festival of Wales Award for her brilliant short film “An Unfortunate End: The Boy and The Fairy”.

Go Jordanne, we’re so proud of you!

Jordanne’s film, completed during her final year at the University of South Wales, won the ‘Open’ category at the RTS Wales Student Awards held at Bridgend College on Friday 18th March.

She will now go through to the national RTS Student Television Awards held on 3rd June at the BFI on London’s Southbank.

The RTS Jury Members were “very impressed by the breadth, ambition and sheer originality of An Unfortunate End: The Boy and the Fairy, a gruesome tale in which an act of sadistic exploitation had very destructive consequences.” https://rts.org.uk/award/rts-wales-student-television-awards-2015

Jordanne won the ‘VFX’ Category at the ffresh Student Media Festival Of Wales 2016 Awards held on 10th March at The Depot in Cardiff.
