We are excited to be starting work on the BBC/Amazon’s much anticipated TV adaptation of Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett’s acclaimed cult novel Good Omens.
Milk is the sole VFX vendor for the six part series, with the work overseen by award-winning VFX supervisor and Milk co-founder JC Deguara.
Shooting has begun in London on the BBC Two/Amazon co-production and the first photo of Michael Sheen and David Tennant as they will appear in the series has been released today.
Tennant plays the demon Crowley, while Sheen is the angel Aziraphale in the latest incarnation of Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman’s fantasy – written in 1990 in which the two lead characters join forces to prevent an apocalypse. Miranda Richardson, Michael McKean and comedian Jack Whitehall also have roles in the series.
Good Omens will be filming for the next six months in London, Oxfordshire and locations in South Africa. Equal parts humour and horror, fantasy and drama, it is written by Neil Gaiman (American Gods) who is serving as Showrunner and will launch in the UK in 2019 on Prime Video before going on to BBC Two at a later date.
